Our commitment to transparency

We do not charge withdrawal fees or early termination penalties. Safety certificates and inventory costs are charged at cost, with no markup. Maintenance works are never marked up — you pay the contractor’s invoice directly. For works over £1,000, we obtain three competitive quotes for your approval before instructing any work.

Tax deductibility.

Letting agent fees are classified as allowable expenses by HMRC. This means our management fees can be deducted from your gross rental income before calculating your income tax liability.

We provide clear, itemised financial statements that your accountant can use directly for your tax return — saving you time and ensuring nothing is missed.
