*Lost Key(s) or Security Device: £120 (inc VAT) plus the cost of the key(s) (or lock) *Early Termination: £240 (inc VAT) plus the cost due to the landlord for re-letting the property & all rents due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy.
